Step by Step:
1. Stand with your legs, a little wider than shoulder width. Toes facing forward.
2. Bring your arms up to shoulder level.

3. Exhale, contract your abdomen and lower to the left. Place
   your left hand on calf or ankle, wherever you feel comfortable.
   Right hand facing vertically upward.
4. Turn your neck and look at the right middle finger. Hold your
    breath for 10 counts.
5. Inhale, come up.
6. Repeat 5 times. Then do the other side.
