<Step by Step>
1.Lie down on your stomach.
2.Bring your feet together, heels touching each other slightly.
3.Place your elbows, where your chin was touching the floor. Rest your chin in your palms. The elbows and wrist touching each arm.
4.Slightly straighten your legs.
5.Normal breathing. Relax your eyes.
6.Hold this position for at least 2 minutes.
7.For maximum benefit should hold it for about 10 minutes.
