Neck Rotation
Stretches your neck.
Benefit:
*Helps to stretch your neck
*Helps to gain flexibility around your neck
Step by Step:
1. Sit down in Vajrasan position
2. Place your hand on thighs with palms facing upward.
3. Stretch your neck to the right, left, back and forward.
4. From the forward position, slowly rotate your neck to the left. The left ear touching the left shoulder, then backward, then right position. Right ear touching the right shoulder, then forward. Repeat 5 times. Then, repeat 5 times in the opposite direction (clockwise direction.)
5. Do not tighten your neck, cervical spine, or raise your shoulder.
