<Precautions>
*People wearing cotact lenses should not do the non-blinking version.

<Step by Step>
1. Sit down and place your left knee on top of your right knee.
2. Bend your right leg and place the right feet beside the left hip. Hold your feet and press into the sole with your thumbs.
3. Inhale, look up.
4. Exhale, contract your abdomen and place your chin on your left knee.
5. Normal breathing. Do not blink your eyes and look at one spot.
6. Hold the position for 1 and 1/2-2 minutes. Inhale, come up. Then do the other side.
