<Step by Step>
1. Sit down and place your left feet on top of your right leg, in between the right thigh and knee.
2. Place your right feet below the left leg, in between the left thigh and knee.
3. Raise your arms, look up, inhale.
4. Exhale, place your palms, forehead on floor.
5. Do not raise your buttocks from the floor. Normal breathing. Straighten your arms.
6. Hold the position for 1-2 minutes. Inhale, come up. Then do the other side.
