About Yoga

What is Nirmal Yoga?

To bring your mind and body to a state of "Nirmal" through your own awareness.
This is the aim of Nirmal Yoga.  (* Nirmal means, "still water" in Sanskrit.)

In Nirmal Yoga, you will experience a state of "relaxation and detachment", a deep sense of calmness in your mind and body.  Beyond that point, you will discover the real you which is not bound by anything, standing on its own, in composition with oneself.

A teacher cannot give you this state of calmness.
Only you can.

There are 5 important principals (5P) in Nirmal Yoga.
The universal teachings of yoga from ancient times arranged to fit people living in modern life.
It is a philosophy based on hatha and raja yoga.
